Starting large file transfers

I have recently started moving pretty large files to and from my clients. Having checked a couple of file transfer services my currently preferred service is Sendspace. I would like to hear people's opinions on the matter, pros and cons. What make you choose a particular website, and what are the factors that need to be taken into account. I will also share my experience here.
